Job Description

Role Overview:

Inspire.World is seeking highly motivated, Commission Sales Representatives to expand our presence across high school sports programs, club teams, and youth athletic organizations. This role is responsible for prospecting, presenting, and closing fundraising partnerships, primarily centered around Savings Passport and digital fundraising solutions.

This position is ideal for self-directed sales professionals who thrive in autonomous environments, are comfortable managing a full sales cycle, and are passionate about enhancing fundraising outcomes for teams, coaches, and student-athletes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect, schedule, and conduct meetings with coaches, athletic directors, and program leaders across all sports and club teams
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, presentation, close, and post-sale coordination leveraging Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Lead and execute fundraising “blitzes,” with primary emphasis on the Savings Passport product (in-person and virtual events)
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through disciplined calendar management and consistent follow-up.
  • Represent Inspire.World professionally at games, practices, community events, and fundraising activations.
  • Educate coaches and programs on modern, digital fundraising and e-commerce solutions.
  • Build brand awareness and trust for Inspire.World within the local sports community.
  • Accurately track activity, opportunities, and progress through required reporting tools
  • Attend meetings, school campuses, practices, and community engagements (reliable transportation required)

  • High school athletic teams and programs
  • Club sports teams and youth athletic organizations.
  • School-affiliated extracurricular and booster-supported programs

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

  • Demonstrates a consistently professional presence and communication style.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
  • Organized, influential, and confident leading in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport with coaches and community leaders.
  • Willing and able to drive to meetings, schools, and local events.

 

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

 

  • Sales experience (commission-based experience strongly favored)
  • Fundraising experience with schools, sports teams, or nonprofit organizations
  • Coaching or athletic program experience including PTA.
  • Background working with youth sports, education, or community organizations.

 

Compensation:

 

  • 100% Commission-Based (no base salary)
  • Commission: 7.5% of net proceeds on sales as the rep of record on the platform
  • Commission on Savings Passport: $6 per passport sold 
  • Flexible schedule (part-time)
