VOLT Leads support Venture Outdoor Leadership programs, including adventure trips and team building. They coordinate and implement various aspects of Venture programs, including logistics, facilitation, and supervision/ coaching of student employees. 

They are responsible for the physical and emotional safety of participants and co-leaders; instruct experience-based lessons in their area of focus; facilitate conversations before, during, and after programs between participants and co-leaders; give and receive feedback regularly, including to and from supervisors, peers, and participants.
