This is a hybrid position - 3 days in office are required!

You will handle inbound phone calls that can range from something as simple as an account balance inquiry to the complexity of helping resolve unique financial transactions, but your primary focus remains the same: Providing our clients with timely, correct, and relevant information, when and where they need it so that they in turn can help their clients achieve their own financial dreams.

College degree HIGHLY preferred, tech-savvy

Knowledge-based support as opposed to reading off the script.

Individuals who want to be part of a team-based environment.
