What You Will Do

• Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care

• Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff

• Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes

• Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth

• Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance

Work Experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
