Part Time Bridal Stylist

As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for brides-to-be as they select their dream wedding attire. Your expertise in retail sales and customer service will be essential in guiding clients through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident and beautiful on their special day. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to upsell products to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Pay: $15 + commission.

Duties

• Provide personalized consultations to brides and bridal parties, understanding their vision and preferences.
• Assist clients in selecting wedding gowns, accessories, and other related products.
• Maintain a well-organized sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions, managing cash handling, and tracking inventory.
• Supervise fitting appointments, ensuring that alterations are communicated clearly to the tailoring team.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business through exceptional service.
• Implement upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that complement the bridal experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales is preferred; experience in a bridal or formal wear setting is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and bridal styles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to supervise others effectively and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• A proactive approach to customer service with a focus on upselling techniques.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
