Management and Sales Training Program

We are looking for sales driven individuals who want to grow in a management position to help drive business growth. We train you for 8 weeks and place you as a Assistant Store Manager in one of our retail paint stores. From there you grow and develop and within 18-24 months can run multimillion dollar retail paint store on your own and then move up to drive outside sales into our stores as a Sales Rep.
