POSITION: Finance Intern

The Opportunity:

Polymershapes Finance and Accounting Trainee College Intern Program offers a unique opportunity for highly motivated, innovative, and inspired individuals to work in a challenging assignment where contribution, teamwork, and communication are vital to the success of the organization. During the internship, interns will have the opportunity to participate in many activities designed specifically to enhance their knowledge of Polymershapes, our products and the Charlotte area.

Internship positions are available for a ~90-day duration at our North American Headquarters in Charlotte, NC with the opportunity to extend. These positions will provide a challenging opportunity and exposure within areas such as finance, corporate accounting, treasury, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit.

Description:

  • Post journal entries
  • Help with accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Assist with external audits
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts
  • Collaborate with the finance team on analysis and reporting
  • Work on ad-hoc projects in a wide variety of accounting and finance areas

 Qualifications:

  • Completion of sophomore or junior year at an accredited university by summer of 2026
  • Business, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics/Economics majors
