The Stratasys Summer Internship Program is designed to give interns a holistic view of what Stratasys has to offer from a multitude of departments. Our 12-week paid program begins in May and goes through mid-August. During the program, interns are embedded in real-time projects, which they contribute to or even lead depending on their experience level. Our campus team helps to educate, train, and grow our interns through monthly activities such as 3D printing training, lunch & learn seminars, and coffee talks with department leaders. We also host off-site team-building activities to promote networking among the group through volunteer events.

The Finance Intern will support our finance team with data integrity and organization. This internship will provide hands-on experience in data management, financial analysis, and data-cleaning processes, essential for maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing, reviewing, and correcting financial data to ensure it is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with company standards. This role is ideal for students interested in gaining experience in finance and data management within a professional environment.

Location : Remote / Part-time

What you will be doing:

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and incomplete entries in financial datasets

• Standardize and validate data to ensure alignment with corporate policies and accounting principles

• Enter and update financial data accurately, maintaining organized, accessible records

• Monitor and ensure ongoing consistency and accuracy in data entry processes

• Document cleanup processes, corrections, and best practices for future reference

• Generate reports on data trends, accuracy, and improvement opportunities, providing regular updates to the team

• Conduct quality checks to maintain data accuracy and recommend enhancements to data management practices

• Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and integration.

Must have for this role:

• Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database management

• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies

• Ability to interpret financial data

• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

• Able to work remotely in Pacific time zone hours

Nice to have:

• 3D printing experience

• Prior internship experience

• Strong problem-solving skills
