- Repurpose program photos, short videos, quotes, and testimonials into compelling digital content
- Support light Canva design using existing brand templates
Engagement & Conversion
- Write clear calls-to-action (CTAs) for:
- Program registration (Family School, Cantamos, community events)

- Assist in shaping content that moves audiences from awareness → interest → action
Content Planning & Analytics
- Help maintain Olamim social media content calendar
- Track basic engagement metrics (likes, shares, follower increase, comments, link clicks) and flag what performs well
Collaboration
- Work directly with Operations and Community Outreach Manager and Executive Director
- Participate in short weekly check-ins (30 minutes)
- Coordinate content needs around programs, holidays, grants, and campaigns
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in social justice, education, culture, and/or community-based nonprofit work
- Strong writing skills with an ear for warm, inclusive, values-based language
- Familiarity with Instagram and digital storytelling trends
- Comfort using Canva (or willingness to learn quickly)
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Spanish proficiency strongly preferred; Hebrew familiarity a plus
- Experience with nonprofits, education, or cultural organizations is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Gain
- Hands-on experience managing content for a mission-driven organization
- Mentorship in nonprofit communications, storytelling, and conversion strategy
- Portfolio-ready social media and digital content samples
- Exposure to bilingual and multicultural community engagement
