Life Insurance Agent - Commission Only

Daly Insurance Group is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity for individuals who are motivated to build a career in life insurance, help families protect their financial futures, and grow their own business.

Compensation: COMMISSION ONLY — There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Earnings are based on eligible insurance sales and individual production.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their life insurance needs.
• Educate clients on available coverage options.
• Recommend insurance solutions based on each client’s goals and situation.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up with prospective clients and manage your sales pipeline.
• Develop your business through provided leads, referrals, networking, and personal prospecting.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
• No prior insurance experience required; training and guidance are provided.
• Must be willing to obtain the appropriate state life insurance license.
