Essential Functions

· Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining reports on client accounts, sales activities, and performance metrics.

· Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that can improve account management strategies.

· Documentation: Prepare proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for client accounts.

· Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer retention.

· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to account managers.

· Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
