This resource will begin by checking in and conducting a walkthrough of all departments and offices to ensure staff are onsite and ready. This resource will need to monitor how open slots will be filled and coordinate efforts to optimize space usage, ensuring the office is fully operational and running smoothly. The position also focuses on facilitating change by encouraging innovative solutions and guiding the implementation of new processes. Additionally, managing conflict effectively is essential, using appropriate strategies to reduce tension and maintain a positive work environment. The resource will be responsible for achieving financial objectives by reviewing monthly P&L statements, managing budgets and visit volumes, ensuring patient payment collection, enforcing financial policies, leading strategic budgeting and forecasting, and identifying revenue-generating or cost-saving opportunities. The position also involves staff recruitment, training, performance management, and maintaining strong communication with providers, patients, and community partners to support organizational goals.

Skills and Requirements

3-5+ years in healthcare operations (preferably in a multispecialty or ENT/Ophthalmology setting)

At minimum, a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business or a related field of study

Experience managing 20+ clinical and clerical staff

Working knowledge or Epic EHR system (I know this is the 4th but thought I would throw it in there)
