Qualified Professional / QP Needed for Our MORES Team

Join Monarch NC as a Qualified Professional (QP) on our MORES team in Pittsboro, NC, where we provide rapid, trauma-informed crisis response to youth and families in need. Our mission is to provide hope, promote wellness, and empower people—especially during their most vulnerable moments.

What You’ll Do

As a QP on the MORES team, you’ll:

• Provide clinical guidance and support to staff and individuals in crisis.
• Conduct initial assessments and evaluate referrals.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews with providers and natural supports.
• Help build community connections and strengthen natural support networks.
• Educate youth and families on available resources and access options.

What We’re Looking For

To qualify, candidates must meet North Carolina QP requirements for Youth and have:

One of the following education/experience combinations:

• Bachelor’s in a non-Human Services field + 4 years of experience with the target population
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Human Services + 2 years of experience
• Master’s in Human Services + 1 year of experience

Plus:

• At least 1 year of experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse crisis response
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-age youth
