BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: As an SAP Security Analyst you will help with the design, documentation, and enhancement of SAP Security administration, policies, processes and procedures. You will resolve application issues and utilize change management processes to assist with SAP Security requests.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support audit and compliance activities.

  • Building and maintaining security roles and profiles in S/4,, HANA, Fiori, BOBJ, GRC, PIPO, Solution Manager, SAP Portal and cloud-based applications like SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Analytics.

  • Creating, Changing and Testing of security roles to ensure proper implementation and accuracy of roles.

  • Updating user roles in a large system environment and addressing any user requests that are received using Service Now requests.

  • Participating in an on-call rotation as needed.

  • Knowledge of HANA roles.

  • Create policies, process improvements and procedures including, but not limited to, change control, project management methodology including Agile, and SOX controls. Accountable in the proper implementation of these policies, procedures, and controls.

  • Participate and lead the remediation for Corporate Governance, Segregation of Duties, and Sarbanes-Oxley related projects and ongoing maintenance in these efforts in SAP.

  • Knowledge of SAP GRC processes for Mitigations, Review of Firefighter logs, Password Self Service. Knowledge of GRC10 and GRC12.

  • Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC's vision and unity of purpose.

  • Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required .

    EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or equivalent experience

  • One to three years of experience in a similar role required

  • SAP GRC experience required

  • Previous experience working with Internal/External auditors, including SOD and SOX compliance.

  • Security Role design, Creating roles.

  • SAP HANA, S/4 Fiori build

    SKILLS:

  • Highly self-motivated and directed professional, with keen attention to detail

  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment

  • Strong customer service and solution-focused orientation

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English: write clearly and speak authoritatively to different audiences, including business leaders and engineers

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills

    OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel up to 5% of the time may be required.

  • This position may require access to International Traffic in Arms Regulations Information ("ITAR") and/or Controlled Unclassified Information ("CUI").

    Compensation starting at $65660 - $103180 depending on experience.

    The salary range represented is based on similar roles in comparable industries, and the cost of labor in respective cities. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's relevant experience, education requirements and peer pay equity. The Company reserves the right to modify the range as market conditions change.
