As an intern with our afterschool program you will help lead or co-lead small groups of students in activities such as art projects, play-based team building, reading activities, group sports and group emotional-social processing. There are also opportunities to help with bigger community art projects, inviting adults to get involved as well as children and you would help in the background with prep, setup and execution. You will work alongside a certified life coach with 15 years of experience in mental health and experiential education. You will develop skills in leadership and organization within a program and social skills in community engagement.
