Responsibilities You Will . . . Working with 3rd party software and setting detail configuration of servers and networks. Data Analysis: Identify discrepancies of values not matching distinct datasets. Data Source Comparison: Conduct thorough analysis and comparison of various data sources utilized within our applications, hardware systems and time zones Threshold Identification: Assist in identifying critical performance thresholds for key metrics such as CPU usage, memory utilization, network traffic, etc., based on the analyzed data sources Monitoring Setup: Collaborate with the team to implement monitoring solutions that continuously track the identified thresholds and trigger alerts or notifications in case of deviations Data Visualization: Create visual representations (graphs, charts, etc.) of the analyzed data to facilitate understanding and decision-making Documentation: Document the findings, methodologies, and recommendations for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, hardware engineers, and quality assurance professionals to ensure alignment and integration of monitoring solutions The Benefits Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company Paid opportunity to gain invaluable work experience Work Environment: Onsite @ 2170 Piedmont Rd., Atlanta, GA 30328 Why Rollins? Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): Enrolled in undergraduate and working towards a BA or BS in Computer Science or Information Systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office360 productivity tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, etc. Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to multi-task effectively Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights Well-organized and a self-starter Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver on set goals We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
