STW: Recruitment Ambassador (College of Engineering)

Position Overview

College of Engineering Student Ambassadors represent the UNC Charlotte College of Engineering to prospective students, families, and community members. Ambassadors support recruitment events, lead tours, and share their authentic experiences as engineering students to help future Niners learn more about academic programs, student life, and campus resources.

Qualifications

Required:

• Must be a current College of Engineering student in good academic standing
  
  
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with prospective students and families
  
  
• Ability to positively represent the College of Engineering and UNC Charlotte
  
  
• Willingness to speak in front of groups and share personal student experiences
  
  

Preferred:

• Involvement in engineering-related clubs, organizations, or research
  
  
• Prior experience giving tours, working in customer service, or engaging with the public
  
  
• Familiarity with a broad range of campus resources (tutoring, student success, housing, etc.)
