Job Description

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage office environments and coordinate office and sale events. They should be comfortable answering and transferring inbound phone calls, handling in and outgoing mail, and scheduling employees. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with callers, office visitors and vendors. Candidate should be able to plan and coordinate events, including staffing, supplies, and catering. An ideal candidate would be willing to grow in leadership, take initiative, and have an all-in approach to reach personal and professional goals alongside the company.

Responsibilities

  • Office and phone management
  • Oversee part-time employees
  • Oversee stock and ordering of office supplies
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Coordinate and organize office schedules and events
  • Coordinating and booking vendors for office events
  • Communicate efficiency via phone and email
  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure the best possible experience for each group outing.
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews and transport for event staff
  • Organizing and packing event supplies
  • Traveling to events
  • Other duties as assigned

Position requires employee to have availability, and willingness to travel and work outside regular business hours for company events.

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft and Google products
  • Able to work well under pressure and make decisions independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful and takes a solution-focused approach to conflict and provide positive resolution.
  • Outgoing, friendly, confident candidates with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, Project management, or another related field.
  • Experience in office management and event coordination

Desired Qualifications

  • Real Estate License(s)
  • Experience in Real Estate
  • Masters Degree in related fields

Compensation:

Salary based off experience; eligible for potential additional financial opportunities based on individual and team, performance.
