About TireHub

TireHub is a national tire distributor with 80+ locations across the U.S., supporting partners through high-volume fulfillment operations. Due to a surge in hiring needs-primarily entry-level logistics and warehouse roles-we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team with a contract Recruiter who can work onsite in Dunwoody.

Position Overview

TireHub is seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to support increased hiring demand across our nationwide locations. This role focuses on front-end recruitment activities: sourcing, resume review, screening, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. You will not own full-cycle hiring-your job is to drive candidate volume and keep the pipeline moving quickly.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-task recruiting environment and can manage multiple reqs at once.

Key Responsibilities

Support high-volume hiring needs for 80+ TireHub locations nationwide.

Review and screen large volumes of resumes for entry-level roles (e.g., logistics specialists, warehouse specialists, delivery roles).

Source candidates using job boards, resume databases, and proactive outreach.

Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.

Schedule interviews directly with hiring managers across multiple time zones.

Meet required recruiting metrics, including a minimum of 3 scheduled interviews per opening.

Partner with onsite recruiters and the recruiting lead to manage surge hiring needs.

Maintain clean, consistent documentation in the ATS.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

High-volume recruiting experience (warehouse, distribution, retail, logistics, or similar).

Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.

Experience recruiting entry-level, non-technical roles.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many reqs simultaneously.

Professional communication skills when working with a high number of hiring managers.

Ability to work onsite in Dunwoody, GA, 5 days/week. Hours & Commitment

20-40 hours per week depending on workload.

Initial 2-month contract with strong likelihood of extension based on volume and performance.
