Pivot Point Analytics is building out infrastructure for You Can Tech: a website, back-end database, an app for coaches to manage their teaching sessions with kids, an app for administration, and an app for parents to be involved with what their kids are learning in the program.
The intern will build out these remaining functions:

- Integration with Stripe payments system for participants to pay
- AI agent build with ChatGPT / Copilot so parents and teachers can ask questions and get help

- Establish reporting on website and app activity using Power BI
These tasks will require the intern to do a few learning tracks from Microsoft in the Power Platform, a very powerful toolset which is commonly used in many industries.

This area of responsibility would be 60% of the intern’s time.
Outcomes: The parent app and chat agent will allow You Can Tech to achieve its mission by guiding their parents to be part of that journey and encourage their kids, and by making it easy for them to get help when needed.

The coach app and administrator app will allow You Can Tech to operate very efficiently and keep program costs low.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This intern should have basic computer science courses. They will go through Microsoft’s basic tutorials on the Power Platform, so prior experience with it is not required.
Some experience and interest in working with youth is essential. They do not need to be an Education major nor have a desire to pursue teaching.
