Job Description

Responsible for answering the main number to the university and provide accurate information to callers while maintaining a professional manner and tone at all times.

Once call is complete, staff will create a case to make document call or will send the case to the Specialists for a call back to discuss further regarding account related information.

Continuously learn and respond to questions regarding general University questions such as directions, other Enrollment or campus office services.

Excellent listening skills are required to understand customer needs in Niner Central. 

Must communicate effectively and share updated information with team members and guests.

Must be available a minimum of 12+ hours
