The Project Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations and student-facing implementation of the TRIO-SSS grant, focusing on the direct execution of recruitment, eligibility, and academic support services. This role is responsible for the full participant intake pipeline, which includes identifying eligible students via Slate, conducting needs assessments, and verifying federal compliance through financial aid and disability documentation. Operationally, the Coordinator maintains the program’s digital infrastructure—managing participant databases, tracking engagement logs, and utilizing EAB Navigate to monitor academic persistence and graduation milestones. As a lead practitioner, they formulate and execute the program's outreach strategy through targeted social media and university events, while providing intensive secondary advising to guide students through the "Passport to Success" curriculum. By reconciling engagement data and maintaining audit-ready files, the Coordinator ensures the operational integrity required for the Director’s federal reporting and the program’s continued funding.
