About the role

We are seeking a proactive and trustworthy Technical Sales Coordinator to support the sales teams AND our customers in real-time, across a large geographic zone

 

What You’ll Do

 

Build technical offers and provide technical support

·      Study the customer’s needs, collect feedback from projects in progress or finalized and the results of tests performed

·      Propose complete technical solutions that are feasible and optimized in terms of quality, compliance, cost and installation time

·      Be the guarantor of the application performance indicated in the commercial offers

·      Formatting the technical offer and reporting activity in the CRM

·      Ensure that the necessary and complete technical information is passed on to the sales department within the required timeframe

 

Build and provide customer offers

·      Write commercial offers for prices, deadlines, products, transport in accordance with the conditions established by the company

·      Monitor calls for tenders in the sales territory. Analyze the needs, produce the associated administrative documents and coordinate the response within the given deadlines

·      Interact regularly with the sales team for better follow-up of opportunities in the quotation phase, including through weekly meetings with the Business Unit Manager and the sales team, and update the CRM

·      Anticipate/identify potential deviations that need to be addressed before any commitment is made and sent to clients

 

Back Office Sales Interface

·      Work closely alongside the Sales & Operations Manager, National Sales Managers and Test Line Manager to provide support for customer visits

·      Assist with the organization and take part in trade shows

·      Working with the Sales & Operations Manager and the Test Line Manager, assist with the testing and performance validation of local streams and sorting applications to bolster the performance reference database

·      Work closely with the HQ back office to know and be aware of processes, tools and applications

 

Contribute to the deployment of and comply with the company’s safety culture

·      Set an example by complying with instructions on safety, quality, hygiene and environment

·      Suggest ways of improving risk prevention

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Bachelor’s of Engineering Preferred
  • Technical knowledge, manipulation of technical data (e.g. Physical Measurements, Mechanical and Production Engineering)
  • IT tools: CRM experience
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English; Spanish is a plus
  • Information management and processing
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Reporting and time management
  • 2–3 years of engineering experience
  • Travel as needed for trade shows and client meetings to discuss technical performance

 

This role has a projected salary range of $70K to $80K with benefits. This role is an in-office role in Pineville, North Carolina.
