Senior Operations & Client Service Specialist

About the Role

Perfect Form is looking for a highly dependable, detail-oriented, and exceptionally efficient person to join our growing company as our Senior Operations & Client Service Specialist. This is a unique opportunity for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who wants more responsibility and exposure than a typical entry-level position.

Perfect Form helps law firms and businesses across the country form and maintain legal entities. We are an early-stage, lawyer-founded company based in the Charlotte area, and our founder currently manages the day-to-day operations of the business. The person hired for this role will work directly alongside the founder and become an integral part of running and growing the company.

What You'll Do

You'll learn our business from the ground up and gradually take ownership of many of our day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing client orders involving business formations, registrations, corporate filings, and related services across the United States
• Communicating directly with clients, including attorneys, law firms, and businesses, to answer questions and provide timely updates
• Managing orders from initial request through completion and proactively following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Working with government agencies and service partners throughout the country to complete client requests
• Assisting with monthly client invoicing and recurring compliance work
• Researching filing requirements and solving new or unusual client requests
• Helping improve our internal processes, technology, client experience, and operating procedures
• Taking on additional projects as the company grows

This is not a role where you'll spend your first year doing narrow entry-level work in the background. You'll communicate with clients, solve real problems, make judgment calls, and take meaningful ownership of your work. You'll receive substantial training and work closely with the founder as you learn the business.

Who We're Looking For

Prior experience in corporate services or legal entity compliance is not required. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right abilities and mindset who can learn the industry.

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Genuinely interested in taking ownership and growing with a small company

Location & Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, and you'll work from home on a day-to-day basis. Because Perfect Form is based in the Charlotte area, we have a strong preference for candidates who live in or plan to remain in the greater Charlotte area. Being local will give us the flexibility to meet and work together in person from time to time, particularly during training and as the company grows.
