Job Description
Position Summary: The training and development specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and promoting engaging and effective learning content across our Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to create and update training materials, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s goals and core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development:
- Design, develop, and upload training materials, videos, and assessments into Paycor LMS.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure new and existing training materials are accurate, relevant, and engaging.
- Create interactive and engaging content that supports diverse learning styles.
- LMS Management:
- Maintain and update course content in Paycor LMS.
- Ensure seamless integration of content across Paycor and SuccessFactors LMS.
- Monitor and analyze LMS usage and learner feedback to continuously improve the content.
- Content Delivery:
- Occasionally deliver training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to various employee groups.
- Assist in conducting new hire onboarding and continuous learning sessions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to all users of the LMS.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the HR team, managers, and subject matter experts to align learning content with organizational goals.
- Regularly update stakeholders on the progress of content development and implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Marketing, Education, or another related field.
- Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience in designing and delivering presentations to an audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with multimedia content creation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories is a plus.

Additional Information
- This position is fully remote, but we are currently only considering candidates located in the Central Standard Time (CST) and Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zones.
- Travel for this role is around 50% as you will be required to visit our manufacturing sites and offices often.
