What You'll Be Doing:
This role focuses on high-volume, consultative sales, turning leads into long-term clients.
- Sales Mastery: Engage with pre-qualified leads to educate clients on Medicare options (A, B, C, and D) and close sales efficiently via phone or video.
- Relationship Building: Build immediate trust and rapport, converting prospects into satisfied, long-term clients.
- Goal Crushing & Compliance: Consistently hit or exceed daily and monthly sales metrics while strictly adhering to all CMS and internal compliance guidelines.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in daily coaching, role-playing, and continuous training to elevate your sales game.
What We Need From You:
We are looking for licensed agents with a proven history of high-volume sales success who are ready to hit the ground running.
- Required Sales Experience: 2+ Years of proven success in commissioned sales, with a strong preference for experience in insurance, financial services, B2B, or high-volume telesales.
- Documented Track Record: A history of consistently meeting or blowing past your sales quotas. Show us your results!
- Communication & Closing Skills: Must be a clear, articulate, and highly persuasive communicator on the phone.
- Self-Management: Self-disciplined and motivated to manage a high-volume workload and a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends may be required to service all lead types).
