Responsibilities

• Lead as our first BCBA - help build systems and shape culture
• Provide direct care (at least 20% of your client hours)
• Supervise and support your RBT team
• Run caregiver meetings monthly
• Write clear, client-focused therapy plans
• Track progress and keep high clinical standards
• Work with families, schools, and community partners

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $60–70/hour (billable) during ramp-up
• Full-time salary: $80,000–90,000/year after caseload stabilizes

Requirements

• BCBA with 1+ year experience
• Team player who values client-centered care
• Ready to build something meaningful from the ground up
• Strong report writer with clear, functional goals
• Comfortable in home, clinic, and community settings
