ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is an undergraduate rotation program that develops future Honeywell leaders in our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering. The program is designed to provide the candidate with job rotations through various functional jobs and locations to gain a broad understanding of Aerospace's end-to-end integrated supply chain and engineering roles before securing the desired career path position within the organization. These rotations will be in the Engineering/ISC career paths and will expose the candidate to the importance of customer responsiveness, meeting program milestones, making processes more efficient, driving production plans, and improving product quality.

Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to develop, implement and maintain methods and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Using your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing cost, establish time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will add value and expertise by identifying cost reduction and give improvement opportunities.
