HTI is hiring Junior Business Development Representatives (JBDR) for our May graduate class — and we’re specifically looking for student-athletes earning a business-related degree who are open to relocating anywhere in the U.S.
This role is designed for driven, coachable, high-energy graduates who want real training, real responsibility, and a clear path to growth in sales and leadership.

What you’ll do
As a Junior Business Development Representative, you’ll go through an 8–12 month rotational training program and learn the full sales process while working directly with experienced sales, operations, and marketing teams.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in:
- prospecting and new business development
- client meetings, presentations, and proposals
- relationship management and account growth
- cross-selling multiple workforce and HR solutions
- using CRM and sales tools to manage your pipeline
- representing HTI at networking and industry events
This is a true launchpad role for a long-term sales career.
Who we’re looking for
- Graduating May with a business-type degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related)
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Comfortable with travel and a hybrid office/field role
- Open to relocation anywhere
