Job Description

This position provides leadership and strategic direction for the Data Integrations team, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level system integrations and APIs. The position ensures reliable, secure, and scalable data exchange between campus ERP, CRM, and third-party systems, while fostering a culture of code standardization and process optimization to support the University’s administrative and academic goals.

  • Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, overseeing professional development, performance management, and daily operational tasks.
  • Design, architect, and manage the lifecycle of enterprise-level system integrations and APIs, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
  • Drive the adoption of integration best practices, including API-led connectivity, code standardization, and robust documentation standards across the team.
  • Partner with campus stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sustainable, automated technical solutions that support academic and administrative goals.
  • Oversee change management, version control, and automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability and security of integration environments.
  • Manage the integration landscape across diverse systems, including ERPs, CRMs, and document management platforms, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.
  • Proactively plan for technology upgrades, capacity management, and infrastructure maintenance to support long-term enterprise scalability.
