This position has a significant training period during which time a Community Association Management (CAM) license will be obtained. 

The position is designed to help the employee develop an understanding in community management working with condominium and homeowner associations. There is extensive contact with directors of condominium boards and homeowner associations by telephone, email and in person.  

After the trainee period this position will manage a portfolio of properties and should expect an increase in salary. The position has a support structure so that the CAM is dealing almost exclusively with the directors of their associations. Other CAM's are assigned to assist with residents, or with vendors.
