About the Opportunity
Brown Legacy Enterprises is seeking motivated, relationship-driven individuals interested in becoming financial advisors and building long-term careers in the financial services industry.
This development opportunity is designed for recent college graduates and early-career professionals looking for more than a traditional entry-level position. Through structured training, licensing preparation, mentorship, and practical experience, you will develop the knowledge and professional skills needed to help individuals and families pursue their financial goals.
We understand that many graduates face a common challenge when entering banking and financial services: employers often require industry experience before providing an opportunity to gain it. Our approach is different. We focus on developing talented individuals who demonstrate integrity, coachability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help others.
What You’ll Do
As you progress through training, you will learn how to:
-
Build meaningful relationships with individuals and families
-
Analyze clients’ financial situations and identify areas for improvement
-
Develop personalized financial strategies based on client goals
-
Educate clients on investments, retirement planning, insurance, debt management, and wealth-building principles
-
Build and manage your own client base
-
Work alongside experienced financial professionals through hands-on mentorship
-
Develop the business and leadership skills necessary to grow an advisory practice

No prior experience in financial advising is required.
Qualified candidates receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and assistance preparing for the state and industry licenses required to serve clients.
Training includes:
-
Financial planning fundamentals
-
Client relationship development
-
Business development
-
Leadership training
-
Licensing preparation
-
Practice-management skills
-
Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Career Growth
This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career and business within financial services.
As you gain experience and grow your practice, opportunities may include:
-
Expanding and managing your own client base
-
Mentoring and training new financial advisors
-
Recruiting, developing, and leading a team of advisors
-
Advancing into broker-level leadership
-
Building and managing an independent financial-services practice
-
Qualifying for ownership opportunities within the organization
Career advancement and ownership are based on individual performance, licensing, leadership development, and the ability to successfully train and develop others.
Who We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates are:
-
Recent graduates or early-career professionals
-
Interested in becoming a financial advisor or broker
-
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
-
Strong communicators and relationship builders
-
Coachable and eager to learn
-
Comfortable with performance-based compensation
-
Passionate about helping others improve their financial futures
-
Interested in building a long-term business rather than simply finding a job

Compensation and Work Structure
This opportunity is offered as an independent-contractor position, not a salaried employee role.
Compensation is performance-based. Full-time participation is preferred, although qualified candidates may begin part time while continuing in another job and transition into the opportunity as their practice develops.
Additional information regarding licensing requirements, training expectations, compensation, and advancement will be discussed during the interview process.
