Job Description
Overview
The Finance Intern will be supporting various Corporate Finance functions including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Corporate Credit, and Facilities-Finance. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate finance environment, working closely with experienced professionals on financial projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development and enhancement of internal Management reporting tools and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making.

Support the Facilities / Real-Estate team in analyzing lease-market conditions identifying opportunities for Rent / OpEx savings

Support the various Finance departments with ad-hoc analyses, data gathering, and participation in special projects to gain exposure to key financial planning activities.

Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve reporting efficiency; contribute creative ideas to encourage innovation and process improvement.
Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Excel

Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, BW (Business Warehouse), and Hyperion preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

Demonstrated analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal communication and team collaboration abilities

A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
Summer Internship Details:
-
Compensation: The hourly rate is $20/hr.

Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 1st to August 14th, 2026.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office in Montvale, NJ, four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.

Transportation: Since the office location in Montvale, NJ, is not accessible by public transportation, interns must have reliable transportation.

Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.

Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
