Job Description
Information Center Specialists are responsible for providing friendly and knowledgable customer service to all guests. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Providing information to patrons
- Assisting visitors with facilities
- Providing directions and resources to guests and visitors
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer needs by coordinating with the student Operations staff
