Sales Development (Internship)
Compensation: $17/hr + Commission + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
Part Time: (24 hrs/week: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday)
LeadVision is excited to add a new class of Sales Development Interns to our team this summer! LeadVision is a digital marketing firm that specializes in lead generation for niche markets. We use inbound marketing techniques to generate sales leads for many different products and services. We help businesses get in front of more potential customers, as well as helping consumers get free, comparable quotes for the products and services they are looking for. Some of our verticals include heavy machinery, bathroom remodeling, hot tubs and more!
Role Overview:
This internship is designed to provide you with real-world sales experience, mentorship, and the foundational skills needed to jump start your career in sales or business development. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, reaching out through strategic and creative methods, and setting up appointments with qualified leads for our closing team. Responsibilities:
- Learn the art of prospecting by making outbound calls to connect with potential clients and introduce them to our lead generation services.
- Identify and qualify leads, then schedule meetings for our sales leaders to take the conversation further.
- Help manage and organize a pipeline of leads, staying proactive with follow-ups and maintaining momentum on sales opportunities.
- Gain hands-on experience using a CRM by logging activities and interactions to keep sales activity records accurate and up-to-date.
- Use provided sales scripts and product insights to share the value of our offerings in a clear, professional, and approachable way.
- Build resilience while handling challenges and celebrate wins as you work toward individual & team goals.
