Job Title:

Supply Chain Analyst

Summary:

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our organization’s supply chain and procurement activities. This role involves tracking inventory levels, maintaining strong relationships with external and internal suppliers, driving cost savings, and applying analytical skills to improve processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels for production.

·        Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.

·        Cost Reduction Initiatives: Identify and implement strategies to drive down costs in the Supply Chain without compromising on quality or service.

·        Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to assess procurement data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·        Process Improvement: Continuously seek and implement process improvements within the Supply Chain to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

·        Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on Supply Chain performance, inventory levels, and cost-savings initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field.

·        1 to 3 years of Supply Chain Management experience.

·        Demonstrated experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Procurement.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication and project management abilities.

·        Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

·        Experience in working with Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, or Tableau.

·        Prior experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement role.

·        Professional certification in Supply Chian Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM).
