Equipment Engineer Trainee

The Hounen Solar Graduate Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (0-3 years of experience) who are seeking hands-on technical exposure, structured training, and long-term career growth in advanced manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar module manufacturing equipment, including stringers, laminators, framers, and automated production lines.
• Assist with equipment upgrades, process optimization, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Recent undergraduate or Master's graduates (or up to 3 years of experience). No extensive experience is required; we value your enthusiasm, teamwork, and learning ability!
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• English and Mandarin Chinese proficiency.
• Strong interest in manufacturing systems, automation, and renewable energy.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to work in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
• Interest in long-term career development in the U.S. renewable energy sector.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual Salary Range: $45,000 - $48,000 USD.
