What You'll Do
In this role, you'll take ownership of design tasks and play a key part in delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions.
Primary Responsibilities

Prepare detailed site development construction drawings.

Design and analyze water, sewer, and storm drainage systems.

Manage and coordinate permit applications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Communicate and collaborate directly with clients, engineers, permitting agencies, and project teams.

Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D to produce accurate, efficient, and high-quality design documents.

Essential Skills

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid problem-solving and time-management skills.
Additional Qualifications

2+ years of land development design experience using Civil 3D.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).

EIT Certification, or the ability to obtain it within 6 months.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (half-day Fridays every week!)

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
