Monarch NC, a leading provider of high-quality, trauma-informed services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team in Lumberton, NC.

Work Schedule:

• Mondays 7am-7pm

What You’ll Do

As an LPN on our Behavioral Health team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals through compassionate, person-centered nursing care. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will provide both direct and indirect services in a dynamic outpatient and crisis setting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting clinical intakes for individuals seeking services
• Supporting crisis assessments, outpatient visits, and injection clinic services
• Administering psychotropic injections and providing medication education and support
• Triaging individuals presenting with urgent medical and/or psychiatric needs
• Coordinating with screening and referral teams to ensure continuity of care
• Scheduling individuals for crisis services, assessments, and injection clinic appointments
• Maintaining accurate electronic medical records, including verification of Medicaid, Medicare, and IPRS eligibility

What We’re Looking For

To qualify, candidates must have:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
• At least one year of experience working with adults who have mental health and/or substance use disorders
