What You Will Do:

  • Utilize technical acumen and sales strategy to maximize equipment sales
  • Build and sustain deep, mutually beneficial relationships with both established and new customers
  • Cultivate a network of contacts and maintain a pipeline of opportunities to guarantee the achievement of sales goals
  • Identify and propose changes to equipment, processes, or use of materials/services to enhance operations and reduce capital expenditures
  • Aggressively grow knowledge and understanding of products, industry trends, finance, competition and business leadership
  • Educate clients on product offerings, equipment specifications, pricing, and other detailed information
  • Uphold and adhere to Hoffman & Hoffman’s Core Values

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or construction management from an accredited college or university, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields
  • Valuable co-op or internship experience in one of the specified fields is preferred
  • Engagement in extracurricular activities or active participation in student organizations is preferred
