**Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027. Department/Position Description:
The perishable (fresh) demand team is the liaison between our supply chain ADUSA and our perishable brand buying, category and management teams. Our core responsibility is to support our brand’s produce, meat, deli and bake shop departments in procuring our brand’s products at peak freshness for the cheapest price and the fastest transportation. Procurement support takes many forms including but not limited to new process implementations, F&R ERP function enhancements, system maintenance, reporting, assortment review, cross brand coordination, forecast accuracy monitoring and cross functional/ vendor support. This team takes pride in our relentless pursuit to improve our supply chain process.
The intern will be responsible for the below during the internship:
- Business (category, forecasting and buying) exposure through support of F&R KPIs, event creation and ad-hoc reporting
- Support a 2027 new ERP implementation (RELEX) and support discovery for a new mainframe application
- Assortment management with ERP inputs (master data) improvement
- Project: Identify 1 or more automation enhancements we can implement to our supply chain
- Support brand category, buying and forecasting with ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related fields
- Adaptable to new ERP tools
- Interest in supply chain mathematics
- Organized with the ability to stay engaged across multiple topics and tasks
- Thrives within a fast pace, time sensitive industry
- Works effectively with most personality types   
Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.
Non-Tech Roles:
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
