At Terrafugia, we’re looking for an organized, dependable Operations Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across our organization.
You’ll work with team members on scheduling, documentation, communications, coordination, and other projects that help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Support daily operational and administrative activities across the organization.
- Help coordinate schedules, meetings, documents, and routine communications.
- Maintain accurate records and keep information organized and up to date.
- Communicate with team members and other contacts to help keep tasks and projects moving.
- Track follow-ups, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure work is completed on time.
- Help identify routine issues and work with the appropriate team members to resolve them.
- Support short-term projects and other operational priorities as they arise.
- Learn and use the systems and tools needed to support the team's workflow.
- Contribute ideas and practical improvements when you see an opportunity to make a process more efficient.
