Job Description

Description

Role Overview

Microsoft is standardizing project teams to include one Construction Manager (CM) per project, supported by Project Engineers (PEs) who own the day-to-day project execution details. This Project Engineer role is intentionally designed as a training and development pathway to Construction Manager.

For the first 3 months, this Project Engineer will work closely embedded with the CM ("tied at the hip"), learning Microsoft's construction processes, documentation standards, and project controls while serving as the CM's eyes, ears, and organizational backbone.

This role is ideal for someone who is hungry to learn, takes ownership, and wants to grow into a CM role-not necessarily someone limited to a single discipline or traditional academic background .
