Here’s the Gist:
The Manufacturing Operations Engineer, or Flow Engineer, collects and analyzes manufacturing data from various platforms and takes action to make wafer production more efficient.  Working closely with manufacturing, industrial engineering, and short-term scheduling you will improve productivity in the fab.  You will work a 12-hour night shift with a "3on-4off-4on-3off" alternating schedule.

The Day-to-Day:
•    Learn and improve the flow of material through the fab using reporting and scheduling applications.
•    Lead daily operation meetings.
•    Engage with cross-function teams to identify, and resolve, constraints. 
•    Plan and strategize daily WIP movement with manufacturing and production controls teams to meet shipment targets.

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):
•    Bachelor’s Degree is required. 
•    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in the use of computer applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
•    Ability to work both autonomously as well as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
•    Proactively explore new ideas and adapt quickly to change.
•    Lean manufacturing experience with demonstrated ability to implement standard work, visual management, error proofing, root cause analysis and value stream mapping tools.
