Job Description
The Business Development Director is responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth and expanding the reach of Corporate Training and Executive Education through the development of strong corporate partnerships and customized learning solutions.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, expertly guiding organizations through the end-to-end customized training process - from initial discovery and needs assessment through solution design, proposal development, and contract execution - ultimately closing agreements and generating revenue.
- Accountable for meeting established financial goals by securing new clients, expanding relationships with existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction that lead to repeat business.
- Requires a proactive, results-oriented professional who can identify opportunities, solve problems, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Working closely with the Corporate Training and Executive Education team and instructors.
- Ensures that proposed solutions are aligned with client needs and are delivered effectively across face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats.
- Stays informed of emerging trends in talent management, leadership development, and learning and development to position offerings competitively and strategically.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to follow-up, and a commitment to relationship management are essential to success in this role.
