A Little About This Gig:
We are hiring entry-level Associates in biannual Cohorts (January + June), where Associates will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of Agility Partners’ business through a robust 12-week training program. On the Associate pathway, you will master the Talent Executive (IT recruiting) position first, and then transition into the Account Executive role as fit by professional goals & performance indicators.
The Talent Executive is the first point of contact with candidates as they navigate through the experience of finding career opportunities. Working directly with the technical community, you will create relationships with job seekers and passive candidates, helping to educate them on the current market, introduce them to hiring managers, and act as a consult to them as they negotiate employment opportunities and offers.
The Account Executive works directly with clients to drive business development through a consultative approach. With a deeper understanding of the IT industry, you will build long-term relationships with hiring managers, consult with them on their unique business needs, and work in partnership with Talent Executives to connect clients with top talent or technology solutions.
Qualifications for Associate Pathway
• Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role required
• Open to relocation is preferred (to Charlotte, Seattle, Cincinnati, or Indy)
• Strong written and communication skills, with a natural enthusiasm for relationship building
• A proactive team player who isn’t afraid to take initiative or propose new ideas
• The ability to overcome obstacles without becoming discouraged
• The preference and ability to work in a team environment, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
• A desire for a career in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
