Job Description
Full-time billing coordinator desired to handle office tasks of posting attorney time daily and running bills and payments through our billing software, Tabs. The billing coordinating position would include preparing, computing, editing, and sending of all firm invoices, including computations of discounts and write-downs, as well as different allocations. This position would also assist with bookkeeping activities to support our Executive Director (deposits, credit card payments, bill pay, etc.) and include monthly reporting and the preparation and regular continued updates of spreadsheets to track firm metrics. The position may be expanded in the future to handle additional related tasks. This position requires understanding of business finance, communication skills, professional client interaction skills, ability to switch between tasks, and similar.
