We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team in Rocky Mount or Wilson, NC — with flexibility to work both on-site and remotely.

Why You’ll Love This Role:

As a Senior Therapist, you’ll lead a team of dedicated outpatient clinicians, including associate-level licensed professionals. You’ll provide clinical guidance, administrative supervision, and ensure the delivery of high-quality individual and group therapy services. You’ll also collaborate with our Director of Operations to enhance clinic performance and client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field
• Active North Carolina license: LCMHC or LCSW
• Strong knowledge of DSM-5/ICD-10, therapeutic techniques, psychodynamics, addictions, and family/group theories
• Minimum 2 years of counseling/therapy experience
• At least 2 years working with children and adults in behavioral health
• 1 year of clinical supervision experience
• 1 year of supervisory experience
