• Rewarding, meaningful work with generous pay.
• Work alongside staff with disabilities to provide high quality customer service.
• Assists as needed at register, drink making and providing customer orders to ensure process runs efficiently.
• Follows cleaning & closing protocols while keeping the presentation of the shop up to standards. Some merchandising/tagging/pricing of retail items for sale.
• 20 afternoon hours a week available with 2-3 weekend shifts per month and opportunities to pick up extra shifts.
• A passion for working with people with disabilities is important. Related work or volunteer experience is a definite plus. Full paid training provided.
