AI-First Operations Intern

About the Opportunity Schedule Ventures is a prop-tech startup reimagining how real estate closings get done — using AI-first workflows, automation, and a lean team that moves fast. We're not just building with AI; we're building the way AI companies should: by embedding it into every decision, every process, and every tool we use.

This isn't a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You'll work directly alongside our team on real problems — helping us discover, test, and deploy automated solutions that save time, eliminate friction, and scale our operations. If you've been curious about what it looks like to build a company from the inside, this is it.

You'll learn AI-assisted development and automation in a live business environment — not a classroom. Every tool we build, every process we design, and every workflow we automate will have your fingerprints on it. You'll leave with a real portfolio and real experience, not just a credential.

What You'll Do

• Use AI tools to discover and prototype automation opportunities across our operations
• Assist in building internal tools, workflows, and dashboards
• Document processes and turn them into repeatable, scalable systems
• Work with platforms like Claude, Notion, and other AI-native tools
• Participate in real business decisions — not just observe them
• Research and test new AI tools relevant to our business
• Support our title and closing operations team with tech-enabled solutions
• Present findings and recommendations directly to leadership

Who We're Looking For

• Junior or Senior in Business, Computer Science, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
• Curious about startups and how early-stage companies operate
• Comfortable experimenting with new tools and figuring things out
• Strong written communication skills
• Prior exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make) is a plus
• Interest in real estate, prop-tech, or legal/title processes is a plus
• Basic coding or no-code/low-code experience is a plus
• Bonus: you've built something — anything — on your own

Compensation & Details

• $15/hr depending on experience and availability
• 10–12 week program, May through mid-August
• Part-time (20 hrs/week) or full-time (40 hrs/week) options available
• Hybrid preferred; remote considered for the right candidate
• Direct mentorship from company leadership
